In which lands do you deliver?
Basically we deliver worldwide. The final prices incl. delivery expenses and forwarding expenses are automatically calculated for orders from Germany and Austria during the order process and are indicated. Deliveries to Europe and the remaining lands are connected with an offert, because first the delivery expenses and forwarding expenses must be calculated, and the delivery on you is cut personally.

How do your prices get on?
The prices indicated in euro are final prices incl. legal VAT of 19%. Still the delivery expenses and forwarding expenses come perhaps. Nevertheless, this is loaded to them directly.

How much does cost the dispatch?
By deliveries to Europe and in the remaining lands an offert occurs in the first step to us in which we calculate the delivery expenses for you personally. In the second step you can agree to this offer and order the desired articles.

How are the terms of delivery?
The given terms of delivery serve for the orientation and are non-binding. The actual term of delivery is informed of the customer after entrance of the order.

Can I allow to send the ordered product also to another address?
With the addressing input this possibility is available to you.

Are the pieces of furniture delivered mounted?
If wished from them, the pieces of furniture are mounted of course for them. The add-on costs are indicated with the respective offer.

The broadcasting which I have received is damaged. What must I do?
Possible damages or defects must be immediately informed of the fabric guide, otherwise the product counts as approved.

What is if I do not like an ordered product?
Basically returns are possible only in case of from material defects or production mistakes. More in addition they get to know in our Terms and Conditions.

What happens with my personal data?
The data protection is important to us! The data skilful with the order form are used exclusively for the contact with the customer and third persons are not announced or sold. We use your personal data for the purposes of the technical administration of the web pages, for the customer management and for the marketing, provided that you approve of this by your information on our website expressly.

How do I pay?
The following payment kinds are available:
- bar payment with collection (in our camp in Nürtingen)
- cash in advance/transfer
